A distinguished legal professional with over a decade of experience in corporate law, securities compliance, and governance, Bridgewater will lead X-Group’s legal strategy and regulatory affairs.

Bridgewater joins X-Group with a robust background in cross-border legal matters, being a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the State Bar of Wisconsin. His career spans complex commercial litigation, corporate reorganizations, and exempt-market securities. Most recently, he has served as Chair of the Governance Committee for Calgary Co-op, one of Canada’s largest retail cooperatives.
