TURBINE-X Celebrates the Grand Opening of New U.S. Headquarters and Manufacturing Campus in Willis, Texas

36-acre campus expands U.S. manufacturing capacity, creates local jobs and strengthens TURBINE-X’s commitment to the Willis community

WILLIS, TEXAS | September 25, 2026 – TURBINE-X is proud to celebrate the grand opening of its new U.S. headquarters and flagship manufacturing campus in Willis, Texas, marking a significant milestone in the company’s continued growth and investment in the region.

Located at 10586 TX-75, the 32-acre campus significantly expands TURBINE-X’s U.S. manufacturing capabilities while creating new employment opportunities, supporting local economic growth and establishing a long-term home for the company in the Willis community.

The campus currently includes approximately 200,000 square feet of manufacturing space, a dedicated warehouse and receiving area, and a 35,000-square-foot administrative building housing management, accounting, procurement, human resources and other corporate functions.

TURBINE-X is also advancing an approximately 150,000-square-foot expansion, further increasing manufacturing capacity and supporting the company’s ability to respond to rapidly growing demand for reliable power generation solutions.

The Willis campus has been designed to support the production, integration and testing of TURBINE-X’s modular power generation solutions at scale. The facility will feature advanced production lines capable of supporting a range of power generation technologies, from reciprocating generator packages to skid-mounted turbine systems. Each production line incorporates specialized assembly stations designed to improve manufacturing flow, efficiency, safety and quality.

Digital technology will also play a central role in the facility. TURBINE-X is implementing a custom Production Management System incorporating bar-coded inventory, touchscreen workstations, digital drawings, procedures and real-time material tracking throughout the manufacturing process.

Quality assurance capabilities are being expanded through a large-scale covered load bank testing facility that will enable full-load final acceptance testing of up to three units simultaneously, helping TURBINE-X deliver mission-critical power equipment without weather-related testing delays.

The administrative building will also become home to TURBINE-X’s future Real-Time Monitoring Service Center, where advanced analytics, AI and machine learning will support real-time equipment monitoring, remote troubleshooting and predictive maintenance for customers.
