TURBINE-X Announces Major Expansion with Purchase of 36-Acre Manufacturing Facility in Willis, TX
May 4, 2026 By: TURBINE-X Energy

WILLIS, TEXAS | May 4, 2026 – TURBINE-X is proud to announce the official purchase and opening of its new flagship manufacturing facility located at 10586-TX-75, Willis, Texas. This milestone marks a significant investment in the region, reinforcing TURBINE-X’s commitment to delivering best-in-class power solutions through massive gains in operational capacity and technological innovation.
The new campus spans 36 acres and features a comprehensive infrastructure designed to meet the evolving demands of the global power generation industry.
As a Hub for Innovation and Administration, our USA head office will occupy a 35,000 square foot administrative building. Beyond housing our management, accounting, procurement, and human resources teams, this space will serve as the heart of our Future Real-Time Monitoring Service Center. This center will utilize AI and machine learning to monitor client equipment in real-time, identifying red flags to provide remote troubleshooting and prevent potential failures before they occur.
The facility includes 200,000 square feet of shop space across two buildings and a dedicated warehouse receiving area. Originally designed for offshore wellhead packaging, TURBINE-X is repurposing the space for the mass production of generator solutions.
To support our rapid growth, we are initiating a 150,000 square foot expansion of the shop space, which will increase flow capacity and introduce enhanced heavy-lifting capabilities. Key production highlights include:
- Six Advanced Production Lines: Accessible via a newly poured large-scale ramp for seamless egress, these lines are designed for maximum flexibility—capable of packaging everything from reciprocating generator trailers to skid-mounted turbines.
- Assembly Line Efficiency: Each line features eight specialized stations to facilitate a streamlined, high-output production process.
- Digital Integration: We are implementing a custom Production Management System. Each station will be equipped with bar-coded inventory and touchscreen interfaces, providing assemblers with instant access to drawings, procedures, and real-time inventory tracking to ensure maximum lean efficiency.
Quality assurance remains a top priority with the construction of a large-scale load bank testing facility on-site. This covered area will allow for full-load final acceptance tests on up to three units simultaneously, ensuring that weather conditions never delay the delivery of mission-critical equipment.
“This grand opening is more than just a new facility, it’s a testament to our dedication to innovation, sustainability, growth and the success of our clients in all they do,” said Michael Warneboldt, CEO X-Group of Companies. “We are excited to welcome our clients, partners, and community members to experience our industry-leading services and advanced capabilities in our new TURBINE-X shop.”
“The purchase of this facility is a milestone achievement for TURBINE-X. The incredible growth the company has seen over the last year is realized in this expansion.” said Lyoid Fussell, President of TURBINE-X USA. " We needed more capacity to meet the continuously increasing demand for power in the market, and this facility is a huge step in that direction. Our team is extremely excited to have a place to call home in the Houston area where we can work side by side to build a legacy together.”
