As a Shipping/Receiving Clerk, you are the backbone of our logistics responsible for receiving and shipping critical components, maintaining precise inventory control, and upholding the highest safety standards at our Nisku, AB facility.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Logistics Management: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately prepare, pack, and label outgoing orders for domestic and international transit.
- Inventory Integrity: Maintain real-time inventory records and perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Warehouse Optimization: Organize storage areas to maximize efficiency and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with freight carriers and internal departments to meet project deadlines.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Experience: 1–3 years in shipping/receiving or industrial warehouse operations.
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital inventory management systems.
- Certification: Valid Forklift Certification is preferred (or the ability to obtain one).
- Mindset: Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and alignment with our mission to provide vendor-neutral energy solutions.
PHYSICAL & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
- Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to X-Group safety policies and SOPs.
- PPE: Ability to wear required gear (steel-toe boots, safety glasses, hearing protection).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs/ladders, and navigate an active industrial shop floor.
