THE CHALLENGE

At TURBINE‑X Energy Inc, our Production Team Leads are the engine that keeps manufacturing moving safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As a Production Team Lead, you’ll be a hands‑on leader on the shop floor—guiding daily production activities, supporting your team, and ensuring equipment, assemblies, and projects are completed on time and right the first time.

This role is ideal for a strong floor leader who leads by example, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and knows how to balance people, production schedules, safety, and quality while supporting continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and support daily production operations to meet schedules, quality requirements, and safety expectations
• Assign work, coordinate tasks, and provide direction to production team members on the shop floor
• Monitor workflow, labor utilization, and material availability to minimize delays and rework
• Serve as the first point of escalation for production issues, quality concerns, and safety observations
• Ensure all work is performed per drawings, work instructions, SOPs, and quality standards
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain to resolve issues and improve execution
• Support and reinforce safety programs, toolbox talks, and housekeeping standards
• Assist with training, onboarding, and mentoring of new and existing employees
• Track production progress and communicate status updates to Production Supervisors and Management
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 5+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing, assembly, or fabrication environments
• Prior experience as a Lead, Senior Technician, or Supervisor strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of production workflows, quality requirements, and safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and work instructions
• Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to make decisions on the floor
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment with changing priorities
• Experience with power generation, oil & gas, heavy equipment, or EPC manufacturing is a plus

PHYSICAL & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

• Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to X-Group safety policies and SOPs.
• PPE: Ability to wear required gear (steel-toe boots, safety glasses, hearing protection).
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs/ladders, and navigate an active industrial shop floor.
