THE CHALLENGE
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing domestic and international transportation activities to ensure the timely, cost‑effective, and compliant movement of materials, components, and finished equipment. This role plays a critical part in supporting project execution, manufacturing schedules, and customer delivery commitments across TURBINE‑X Energy’s supply chain. The ideal candidate brings strong logistics execution skills, experience with oversized or industrial freight, and the ability to proactively manage risk, documentation, and cross‑functional coordination in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field highly preferred.
- APICS, SCMP, or other supply chain/logistics certifications are a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination within an industrial, manufacturing, or project‑based environment.
- Proven experience coordinating domestic and international shipments, including freight forwarding, customs documentation, and carrier management.
- Strong working knowledge of Incoterms, export/import compliance, and cross‑border logistics (Canada/U.S. preferred).
- Experience working with ERP systems and logistics platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with vendors, carriers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with strong organizational, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.
PHYSICAL & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
- Understand and comply with the X-Group's safety polices, safe work SOPs, protocols, procedures, and rules.
- PPE is required. Steel-toe boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.
- You must be able to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs, climb stairs or ladders, and safely navigate a busy industrial floor.
- A strong understanding of and commitment to workplace safety is essential.
