THE CHALLENGE
Support the accurate, efficient, and safe flow of materials that keep our turbine genset packaging and power solutions running. As Inventory Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our operations ensuring real-time inventory accuracy, safeguarding compliance, and driving proactive planning to prevent shortages and line stoppages.
This role is both tactical and strategic: you’ll manage ERP/MRP transactions, lead cycle counts, and collaborate across Production, Quality, and Procurement to sustain 99%+ inventory accuracy while supporting aggressive project timelines.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
- Execute daily transaction audits; lead weekly cycle counts and monthly ABC analysis.
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and certifications; escalate discrepancies.
- Organize inventory with FIFO/FEFO compliance and 5S principles.
- Prepare and stage production kits per BOM/work order requirements.
- Maintain master data integrity (UoM, lead times, min/max levels, safety stock).
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 QMS standards and EHS regulations.
- Drive Lean/Kaizen initiatives to eliminate waste and improve processes.
- Generate inventory reports, KPIs, and actionable insights for management.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Experience: 3-5 years of inventory control experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital inventory management systems.
- Certification: Valid Forklift Certification is preferred (or the ability to obtain one).
- Mindset: Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and alignment with our mission to provide vendor-neutral energy solutions.
PHYSICAL & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
- Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to X-Group safety policies and SOPs.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Ability to wear required gear (steel-toe boots, safety glasses, hard hat, hearing protection).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs/ladders, and navigate an active industrial shop floor.
