We are currently looking for a Vice President to become an X-PERT on our team in Nisku, Alberta. The successful candidate will reside in Edmonton or the surrounding area.

• Build on, grow and mentor our high-performing team that thrives on innovation and efficiency.
• Streamline operations, fine-tune repeatable processes, and never compromise on quality.

• Keep the company on track to hit productivity and profitability targets (and then some); Leverage integrated objectives and key results (OKRs).

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

A strategic mindset with a knack for turning big ideas into reality.

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Deep experience (>10 years) in operations, leadership, and business growth—bonus points if it’s in power generation or industrial manufacturing.
• The ability to balance high-level vision with hands-on execution.
• Strong financial acumen and a track record of driving profitability. You'll speak the language of our top-notch finance team.
• A relentless focus on efficiency, quality, and process improvement.
• Experience leading and developing teams that deliver outstanding results.
• A deep understanding of supply chain dynamics and vendor management.

PHYSICAL AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

• Commitment to upholding and enforcing safety standards across all operations.
• This position is considered safety sensitive and is subject to pre-employment, pre access, post incident, and reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing
• Understanding of and willingness to abide by and promote all safety protocols
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Participation in required safety training and compliance programs.
• Occasional travel to facilities, supplier sites, and industry events.
• Valid passport and the abillity to travel between the United States and Canada.
