We have the position for you!
We are currently looking for an Executive/Personal Assistant to become an X-PERT on our expanding team in Nisku, Alberta. The successful candidate will reside in Nisku, Leduc, Edmonton or the surrounding area, as this is an in-office position.
The Challenge
Provide exceptional administrative and personal support to the CEO or CTO, as well as other senior leadership when required.

What You’ll Do
- Assist the CEO or CTO in day-to-day operations, which includes effectively managing and organizing the calendar, scheduling internal and external events and calls, making travel arrangements, and administrative duties
- Proactively manage the CEO or CTO's calendar, including coordinating, scheduling, and arranging appointments (personal and corporate), travel arrangements/itineraries, etc. - ensuring no scheduling conflicts
- Process and screen incoming communications (paper, email, voicemail, in-person), identify appropriate action required, prioritize items for immediate attention, assign as appropriate, and follow-up as required. Filter out unnecessary information
- Anticipate needs and develop solutions Review and edit all documents prepared for the CEO or CTO’s signature for format, content, grammar, and spelling
- Draft communications on behalf of the CEO or CTO as required
- Manage logistics for both internal and external meetings, including arranging venues, ordering refreshments/meals, etc.
- Possess a valid passport and driver’s license - must be able to travel locally and internationally.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 5 years of senior administrative experience
- Post-secondary education in business management or administration a definite asset
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Superior written and verbal
- English communication skills Confidence, personability, welcoming, adaptability, high energy level
- Ability to foresee conflicts and resolve them independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet applications
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Propensity to cope with quickly shifting priorities
- Strong sense of ownership and passion
- Willingness to be open and honest, brining any issues within the organization to the attention of the CEO or CTO

Salary:
$55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
